Logical research in collecting own experiences of bodymindness in an intuitive and authentic way. ‚ Logical‘ from the greek word „ legein“ ( Jullian Francois 2015) – collect and choose. Experiencing means “not to want to know”, but let´s happen. It´s a space of “aha-effect”. It´s an approach to your own intuition and authenticity. Gerd Gigerenzer, psychologist of Max-Planck-Institution, Berlin: “Gut instinct, intuition or intuitiveness …1. appearing quickly in consciousness, 2. profound matters aren´t conscious, …3. Strong enough going to do.” (translation free, E.W.)
Philosophical inquiry into discovering questions through talking with yourself and others. Philosophy represents wisdom. Wisdom arises, if the human being begins asking questions. Asking questions presupposes equivocal. Noticing equivocal implies opening sense. With opening sense, you discover fields of habits. The equivocal arises. With open mind you now can ask questions in the way of wisdom. You can learn to see your own physical and psychical fields of habit and the fields of habits of the world. More and more questions arrive. Nevertheless not answers are wisdom, but the question.
